TIME

I'm not sure about this theoretical stuff but, at the concrete level, I sure can report that Brazilian time is something different.
For example, to be told to "hurry up" may mean that you are going to have to wait. Or, "I'll have it for you next Tuesday" can go on for weeks. And, "just a minute" can be a long time.
I like to say, "Brazil is devastating for my mind and delicious for my heart." That's a big reason that I'm here (at this time).
